NAVIGATING GRIEF AS A MEDIUM
Something that I have been contemplating of late is how being a Medium doesn’t make you exempt from grief. Being able to communicate with my loved ones that have passed absolutely brings me a deep sense of comfort and peace. However I am still a human being with human emotions. It is an interesting threshold to sit between knowing that I can talk to them and missing them being here on Earth with me.
I feel this helps me in session because I know intimately that the grief still lives, the grief still exists. I know that grief is ever changing and not linear. I understand the ups and downs of it. I know that I cannot take it away and would never attempt to. I know how delicate the hearts of those I meet can be. I also know the overwhelming sense of comfort and peace that feeling and speaking with those that I love on the other side brings.
I can only imagine how difficult it would be to live the rest of your days fully in grief, thinking that when a life ends a life ends and that is just that. My goodness, it makes my heart cry to imagine. This is why I know I will be doing mediumship for as long as I live. Witnessing someone reconnect with their loved one on the other side and truly feel their spirit, their love, their warmth, their messages…is the greatest gift there is. For as long as I can I will help reconnect as many souls as possible with those in spirit.
What also lights me up is helping people remember their own ability to connect with their loved ones. To gift someone the deep remembrance that their loved ones are in constant communication with them and open those divine gates of connection is the ultimate gift for me.
May you feel your people and pets in your hearts forever and be reminded of them throughout the rest of your days.
We are all interconnected. We are all guided. We are all LOVE.
