MEDIUMSHIP WITH SAMANTHA LOUISE | Live at the Dome: Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all ticket holders and attendees of Mediumship with Samantha Louise, Live at the Dome (the "Event"), held in the Dome at SOMA, 221 Kennedys Ln, Ewingsdale NSW 2481 on Saturday 29th November 2026 at 3pm, presented by Samantha Louise (the "Promoter"). By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets

  1. Tickets must be purchased from Samantha Louise’s website. Tickets bought from unauthorised sellers may be cancelled without refund.

  2. Tickets are valid for one person for one entry only. A ticket may not be copied or used by more than one person.

  3. Resale of tickets above face value, or for commercial purposes, is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket.

  4. Please keep your ticket safe. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

3. Doors, entry and age

  1. Doors open at 2:50pm. Event starts at 3pm. Times may change without notice.

  2. This is a 18+ event. Children and babies are not permitte.

  3. Entry may be refused, or a person removed without refund, if they are intoxicated, behave unsafely or offensively, or breach these terms.

4. Venue rules

  1. All bags and persons may be searched on entry.

  2. The following are not permitted: weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles.

  3. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.

  4. Attendees must follow the directions of venue staff and security at all times.

5. Recording and photography

The Event may be filmed, photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image and voice being captured and used by the Promoter and its partners for promotional purposes, without payment. Personal photos and short clips for non-commercial use are welcome unless otherwise advised. Professional or commercial recording of the performance is prohibited without written permission.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

  1. If the Event is cancelled, you will be offered a refund of the ticket's face value.

  2. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will be offered if you cannot attend the new date, subject to the Promoter’s discretion.

  3. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable unless required by law.

  4. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Health, safety and risk

Attendees enter at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss, damage or injury to persons or property, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or where liability cannot be excluded.

8. Messages, readings and no guarantees

  1. This Event is a live mediumship demonstration, presented for entertainment and personal reflection.

  2. A ticket does not guarantee that you will receive a message, reading or personal interaction. Who receives a message, and how many are given, is at the sole discretion of the performer and depends on how the Event unfolds.

  3. No message is guaranteed to be accurate, complete or to match what you hope to hear, and no particular person, topic or outcome can be promised.

  4. Messages and readings are not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing said at the Event is financial, legal, medical, health or mental health advice. Do not make decisions about your money, treatment, medication or wellbeing based on a message. Always consult a suitably qualified professional, and do not stop or change any treatment because of something said at the Event.

  5. If you are struggling or need urgent help, please contact a doctor, a mental health professional or emergency services.

  6. You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you interpret or act on any message you receive.

9. Accessibility

For accessible seating, companion cards or other access needs, please contact hello@samanthalouise.com.au at least 3 days before the Event.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through ticketing is handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. The Promoter may update these terms before the Event, and the latest version will be published on this page.
